- Lemon juice is very helpful drink to avoid dehydration in summer.
- So drink more lemon juice in these hot days to get good health.
- Take 4 badam and soak them in milk for one night and make it as paste. Add 2 spoons cream, 5 drops rose water and mix it. This can be refrigerate and use daily as a face mask.
- Wash the face daily four to five times with cold water.If possible, first wash with warm water, after that with cold water. This helps to have a bright face in summer.
- Take steam bath or use hot water even once in a week.
- Add lemon juice in cold water and wash the face with it.it gives immediate freshness for tired face.
- Take bath twice in a day and apply talcum powder & boric powder mix wherever you get more sweat.
